Natalie Stepien-Bernabe, Ph.D. is a Senior Human Factors and User Experience Consultant with Sage Research + Design (Boulder, CO). Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology from the University of Chicago and her Doctor of Philosophy in Vision Science from the University of California, Berkeley. At Sage Research + Design, Natalie helps companies tackle challenging usability and safety questions via rigorous methodology informed by her background in psychology, UX, and HF. Additionally, she guides companies through the HF component of their FDA and EU submission processes at various stages of the product development lifecycle.
