Dr. Nicolette McGeorge is a Senior Scientist at Charles River Analytics where she serves as PI across several R&D medical and human–AI teaming efforts (ARPA-H, NCI, AFRL) designing, developing, and evaluating prototype decision and work support technology. She applies cognitive systems engineering and human factors engineering methods to the design and development prototype technology across healthcare and military domains, including work domain analysis, macroergonomics, data-driven design, ecological interface design, and usability evaluation. Dr. McGeorge received her PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering, specializing in Human Factors Engineering, from the State University of New York at Buffalo and held a postdoctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins University’s Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety & Quality.
