Leila is a Design Researcher and UX/UI Designer at Insight by Nemera, passionate about using creativity, human-centered design, and problem-solving to create solutions with lasting social impact. Her background in Design Research and UX/UI Design allows her to craft products, services, and experiences that cater to diverse user needs. Leila’s research expertise spans multiple stages of the design process—from discovery research and concept evaluation to directional testing. By integrating insights from her research into each phase of the product development lifecycle, she ensures that design decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of user needs and business goals. Whether through design research or digital design, Leila is dedicated to creating meaningful, innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive strategic impact. Leila holds a BSc in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University.
