Julee Henry is a lead human factors specialist with Emergo by UL’s Human Factors Research & Design (HFR&D) team. Prior to focusing in the medical industry she worked for 10 years in the automotive industry, where she led HFE activities, user interface design, and multidisciplinary user experience teams in the United States and China. Julee helps clients with formative evaluations such as expert reviews and customer research, develops key human factors deliverables including usability test protocols, reports, and HFE/UE summary reports, and conducts validation testing. She holds a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering an M.S. in Human Factors Engineering from Virginia Tech.
