Promise Stephens is a human factors analyst for the Artemis program and the International Space Station at Kennedy Space Center, primarily conducting requirements-based human factors assessments and human rating certifications. In addition to her role at KSC, Promise regularly teams up with doctoral students in the University of Central Florida's Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology Ph.D. Program to conduct research on social robotics, facility usability, artificial intelligence in work instruction authoring, healthcare human factors, mental health applications, and more.
