Sally Jansen, MSN, RN is a Patient Safety Specialist with over 25 years of experience dedicated to patient/staff/organizational safety using a systems approach. Emphasis of practice is from reactive approach to proactive problem solving. Sally serves as an internal expert/consultant and coordinates activities of clinical case, focus studies and aggregate data analysis. Sally collects/processes quality data by providing relevant clinician facing summaries that promote performance improvement action. Sally participates in activities designed to improve quality of care/outcomes, reduction of medical errors, preventable harm and hospital acquired conditions.
