Maureen is a Human Factors Specialist at Healthcare Human Factors (HHF) a team of over 30 human factors specialists and designers focused on the design and evaluation of healthcare products and services. Maureen has experience utilizing a range of usability engineering methods to assess medical devices ranging from non-invasive outpatient devices to surgical tools, accessories, and systems. Maureen holds a BSc and a MSc (with a focus on Spine Biomechanics) University of Waterloo. She is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) by the Board of Certified Professional Ergonomists.
