Kaitlin Carter (known to many by their nickname Indy) is a Senior Researcher at Bold Insight with over 5 years of experience in human factors research. Their passion lies in complex human factors validation studies, ranging from innovative drug delivery systems to software as medical device (SaMD). Kaitlin has a BA in Cultural Anthropology and an MA in Business and Organizational Anthropology from Wayne State University.
