Dr. Michael Lau is Insight by Nemera's Global Leader of Human Factors. Dr. Lau has been consulting pharma, medical device, and diagnostics companies on the design of all sorts of user interfaces for the past 15 years. Dr. Lau has a PhD from the University of Michigan Center for Ergonomics, and completed his undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Lau believes in the power of a science-based approach and good research design to solving the complicated human factors challenges of today's healthcare industry.
