Lauren Evenson Carroll is a Patient Safety Specialist for the Froedtert Enterprise. Lauren received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with a minor in Professional Communication from Alverno College & holds a Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification. She has 12 years of nursing experience including bedside, leadership, education, & quality improvement; all of which were cardiac or progressive care focused. In her Patient Safety Specialist role, Lauren collaborates with various areas throughout the Enterprise to identify, develop, & implement strategies to improve clinical care & processes related to Patient Safety. She works closely with department leaders, service line leaders, physicians, & clinical staff to improve & align care practices.
