Janey Barnes, PhD is a Human Factors and usability specialist and is principle of User-View, Inc. User- View is a woman-owned, small business. Dr. Barnes leads client programs that encompass every aspect of human factors. From design research, testing and evaluation, user interface design to hardware and workspace design. Throughout her career, Dr. Barnes has worked with clients in the healthcare, medical device, automotive, consumer product, and financial industries. Dr. Barnes is responsible for obtaining and managing projects and conducting state of the art user-centered design and evaluation for client programs. Project work includes user-based research from requirements gathering to validation usability testing.
