Silva Nercessian is a Patient Care Director of Childbirth and Children's Services, Alongside Midwifery Unit and Diabetes Programs at Oak Valley Health. Silva has been in healthcare for 15 years, and has a Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation. Their passion is to problem frame and solve for complex systems based wicked problems. Silva is enrolled into the Masters of Systems Engineer at the UNSW from Sydney Australia commensing Febuary 2025.
