Coleen Long is a Senior HF/UX Researcher at Bold Insight with over 5 years of experience conducting human factors studies as a HF/UX consultant. Her experience ranges from exploratory work to validation studies on a variety of devices, from SaMD to drug delivery devices. Coleen has a passion for understanding the needs of special populations to develop tools/devices that improve overall quality of life. Coleen has a BS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
