Sid Ponnala is Sr. Human Factors Engineer at Froedtert Health System in Milwaukee, WI. In his current role, Sid works with the patient safety team and clinical stakeholders on various improvement efforts throughout the enterprise applying human factors systems engineering principles. Prior to Froedtert Health, Sid has worked with other health systems as well as a few healthcare startups doing human factors and user experience work. Sid holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
