Biography
Jeanne Xie is a human factors engineer and UX researcher who creates products and services to support better health and human flourishing. She is the founder of Wholesome Labs, a consultancy that partners globally to tackle complex health challenges with a human-centered, creative approach grounded in human factors principles and methods.
Before launching Wholesome Labs, Jeanne worked at Stevanato Group and Healthcare Human Factors (UHN), shaping how people interact with health products and technologies in diverse settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological and Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and dual master’s degrees in Neuroscience and Human Factors Engineering from the Canadian Centre for Behavioral Neuroscience and the University of Toronto. She lives in the heart of quirky, vibrant Toronto.
