Portia Kalun is a postdoctoral fellow conducting research in health professions education, with specific interests in assessment and simulation training. She completed her Master’s in Health Professions Education and PhD in Psychology at McMaster University. Her current research explores how to train expert surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
