Meredith Frazer
Biography
Meredith Frazer is a Principal Human Factors Engineer at Stryker, within the Digital Robotics and Enabling Technology division. She works with complex systems, including the Mako Robotics platform, its associated indications, software, and hardware. Meredith began her career in Design Assurance, where she developed her expertise before transitioning to Human Factors to work more closely with customers and influence the safety and design of Stryker’s devices. She specializes in risk management, with a focus on minimizing patient and user harm. Meredith derives professional satisfaction from observing the tangible, real-world impact of Stryker's products, particularly in terms of how customers benefit from their use. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
