Heydy Andolz is an Advisor of Human Factors at Eli Lilly and Company, bringing over a decade of experience in combination products. She has led human factors strategies for high-profile, complex programs involving combination products, connected devices, and digital health solutions. Before her role in Human Factors, she served as a packaging engineer, where she was responsible for the development, qualification, and implementation of packaging materials and methods for small molecule drug product packaging and container closure systems.
