Ashley is a Registered Nurse and Senior Design Strategist with expertise in Human-Centered Design, Nursing, and Communications. After over a decade at SickKids, she evolved from a dedicated nurse into a dynamic leader, committed to fostering positive team culture and driving innovative change.
