Kristen Miller, DrPH, MSPH, MSL, CPPS is Co-Director of the MedStar Health Center for Diagnostic Systems Safety, Senior Scientific Director of the MedStar Health National Center for Human Factors in Healthcare, Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and Affiliate Faculty at Georgetown Innovation Center for Biomedical Informatics. She is a clinically oriented human factors researcher focusing on diagnostic safety, decision making, informatics, and healthcare delivery interventions. Her work includes meaningful, active collaboration with patient partners, families, caregivers, and frontline teams and the evaluation of ethical, legal, and policy implications of health information technology.
