Presenter

Luiza dos Santos received her bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Fluminense Federal University and her master's degree in Computational Modeling from the same institution. She is currently a PhD student in Production Engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her research interests include applying Human Factors & Ergonomics and Resilience Engineering concepts and methods to the study of complex sociotechnical systems, such as health systems.
