Melissa is a dedicated designer and creative professional who has spent the better part of her creative career bringing collaborative and participatory design methods to the healthcare industry.
Melissa’s foundation as an artist, painter and visual designer is coupled with her qualitative research expertise and desire to deeply explore lived experiences, uncovering key insights in an ambiguous and complex healthcare system.
At HHF, Melissa uses her deep understanding of human-centred design and passion for equitable and accessible solutions, adapting design methods to the unique needs of each project.
Melissa strives to inspire divergent thinking and the design of joyful solutions that drive connected health outcomes and actionable outputs rooted in the needs of end-users.
