Daniel Sam is passionate about improving patient care viewing healthcare through human factors and engineering lenses. With a background working as a Software Engineer, he has worked on the design, development, and deployment of AI tools. His research interests include human factors, robotics, Atrial fibrillation (AFib), stokes, and cardiovascular devices. Daniel completed his B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering at San Jose State University, with a focus on cardiovascular devices, and is currently pursuing his M.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering at San Jose State University.
