Farah El-Sawy is currently pursuing a Master’s in Design (MDes) at Carleton University, with a focus on healthcare design. She is deeply passionate about creating environments that address the needs of senior living communities. Throughout her academic journey, Farah has worked on several projects, including the development of wayfinding techniques designed to assist individuals living with dementia in navigating spaces more effectively. Additionally, she has explored various strategies for designing accessible environments that accommodate a wide range of needs, furthering her commitment to inclusive design.
