Joshua Neela is pursuing an accelerated Bachelor of Science and Master's in Computer Science Degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In his studies, Joshua is focused on topics in artificial intelligence, computer systems, and networking. In particular, Joshua has an interest in leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve the administration of healthcare. Joshua has been an intern at Synchrony for the last two years where he has worked on unsupervised machine learning assisted credit anomaly detection, quantum key distribution encryption, and microfrontends for Fortune 500 companies.
