Hongbo Chen is a Ph.D. student in the industrial engineering program for human factor application in improving patient safety. Prior to joining the University of Toronto, he completed bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Alberta. Hongbo’s research focus is to utilize artificial intelligence and systematic analysis to improve patient safety.
