Biography
Natalie Shortt is a Business Development Manager at Kinneir Dufort (KD), a SteriPack company based in Bristol, UK. She received her BSc. degree from Loughborough University (UK) in Ergonomics (Human Factors) in 2014. Natalie has worked in usability engineering for medical devices (and combination products) since 2015 and now focuses on working closely with clients to plan HF activities but also integrate those activities into pre-existing Quality and Operating procedures. In Natalie’s role, she is actively working with clients to discover the best solutions to their HF needs for execution by the HF team at KD. Natalie is a volunteer on the BSI committee that governs 62366 parts 1 and 2 and regularly represents Great Britain’s position at the international level on behalf of BSI.
