Ms. Baby is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of Speech and Hearing Science. Her focus of research is exploring the neural bases of the cognitive construct of prospective memory using objective measures such as electroencephalography (EEG) with support from neuropsychological cognitive testing in older adults and persons with progressive memory impairment. Prior to starting her doctoral studies, she has had an extensive experience in working with older adults with and without cognitive impairment in addition to having worked with adults with other acquired cognitive-communication disorders such as from traumatic brain injury, stroke etc.
