Marcela Castillo is a graduating student at San Jose State University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Interaction Design and Applied Computing for Social and Behavioral Science. Her research interests are centered on human factors, user experience, and human-computer interaction. Marcela aims to investigate the impact of technology systems and services on human subjects, with a particular focus on the intersection of technology and social behavior. She is dedicated to applying her knowledge to address real-world challenges and is committed to developing innovative solutions that enhance the human experience in our increasingly digital landscape through thoughtful user research.
