Mark Lee, Ph.D. is the head of Research, Analytics, and Business Development for UL ComplianceWire with over 10- years experience in GxP training. Mark worked as a Human Factors Engineer for companies such as Lockheed Martin, AT&T, NCR, Pitney Bowes and Siemens. Mark’s expertise includes skill development, learning technologies, and UI design. In addition to working in the GxP manufacturing sector, Mark has also worked in pharmaceutical development, with Certara and Medidata’s Acorn AI team, helping clients bring new medicines to market. Mark is also an adjunct Professor at NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering, teaching graduate courses in People Analytics.
