Biography
Krizia Francisco is a PhD Candidate in Engineering and researcher in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo, supervised by Dr. Catherine Burns. Her research focuses on how primary care clinicians respond to artificial-intelligence-enabled tools and concepts. Previously, Krizia worked at Ontario Health managing digital healthcare infrastructure at a macro level. She is currently a senior product manager at TELUS Health, where she focuses on data-driven product development. Her blend of academic research and industry experience provides a deep understanding of primary care clinicians and the real-world impact of digital health tools on clinical practice.
