Anders Orn is the Director of Human Factors at Research Collective, a human factors consultancy in Tempe, AZ. He received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and Master's degree in Human Systems Engineering from Arizona State University. Anders has conducted successful human factors validation studies, including self-selection studies, for more than 50 medical products, including surgical instruments, point-of-care devices, diagnostics, combination products, Class III implants, home-use devices, OTC products, and more. During this time, he has conducted more than 120 usability studies. He is especially valued for helping medical device manufacturers understand and navigate regulatory human factors and guiding companies of all sizes through submissions to the US FDA and for EU MDR.
