Biography
Walter Ochoa is a seasoned professional in healthcare simulation, currently serving as the Supervisor of Operations at Cedars-Sinai’s Women’s Guild Simulation Center for Advanced Clinical Skills and Innovation in Los Angeles. Walter oversees a team of three simulation specialists and one simulation assistant, ensuring the smooth operation of the Simulation Center.
He provides leadership in technical support, training, and guidance to faculty, instructors, and staff on effective simulation practices.
Walter has experience collaborating with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, developing education and scenarios to reduce bias in healthcare.
His leadership and dedication have earned him recognition, including the Cedars-Sinai President's Award and multiple Standing Ovation Awards.
