Sana Allana earned her bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is currently a second-year master's student at the same institution, studying Systems Design Engineering with a focus on Human Factors and Ergonomics. Her research interests include applying Human Factors, Ergonomics, and User Experience Research methods to study and enhance the relationship between humans and technology, particularly within the healthcare sector.
