Kayathiri is a passionate and dedicated healthcare leader committed to ensuring patient safety and delivering evidence-based care. Currently working as a Practice-Based Educator for Obstetrics at Oak Valley Health, Kayathiri supports the corporate and program’s strategic direction through rolling out education, evaluating education components of implementation and facilitating knowledge translation. Her interests lies in process improvement, patient safety, patient engagement and program development, focusing on enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiency.
