Biography
Anthony Soung Yee is a Senior Healthcare Safety and Risk Management Specialist at the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC). He has over a decade of experience applying human factors design principles in a number of industries including healthcare, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing. Anthony is also a graduate level sessional lecturer in human factors and engineering psychology at the University of Toronto. Anthony obtained his PhD in Industrial Engineering (human factors) at the University of Toronto.
