Allison Kampa, Ph.D., is a Human Factors Manager at Core Human Factors, A Rimkus Company. She has over 10 years of experience conducting social sciences research within industry and academia. She has worked as a human factors consultant for the past four years. Allison oversees client accounts and designs and manages human factors programs for medical devices and combination products. Additionally, she is a member of the Core Institutional Review Board (IRB) for three years. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and French Literature from the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. in Anthropology from New York University.
