James Hoare: James Hoare is a Senior Usability Designer at Crux Product Design Ltd (Bristol, UK); his primary goal is to ensure that the Human Factors process is seamlessly integrated into product development to produce safe, effective and user-empathic solutions. James has supported leading pharmaceutical clients on projects spanning the entire design process, taking medical and drug-delivery devices from design input to market submission.
