Biography
David Kessler is a Professor and Vice Chair of Innovation for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Columbia University where he helps implement novel programs and guide strategy for complex problems. He graduated from Princeton University and Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he completed his pediatric residency on the global health track. Dr. Kessler completed Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship and Emergency Ultrasound training at Bellevue Hospital and his Master of Science in Clinical Investigation at New York University.
Dr. Kessler has dedicated his career to improving patient outcomes through leveraging novel technology. He has a broad background in clinical research and an extensive record of education, grant-funded research, and international leadership in the fields of Simulation and Emergency Ultrasound.
