Madison Bates is a human factors engineer for Kaleidoscope Innovation, an multi-disciplined end-to-end product development consultancy specializing in medical devices. She holds an B.A. in Anthropology form the University of California, Merced and a M.A. in Biological Anthropology from Wichita State University. As a human factors engineer, Madison specializes in creating systems and products that prioritize user experience by combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior and cultural context.
