Ashley Morris is a Human Factors Research Engineer in AbbVie’s R&D Combination Products Development team. Ashley earned her PhD in Health Services Research in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2022 (MS received in 2020) and her BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2018. Since 2017, she has supported a variety of human factors and pharmacovigilance operations activities within AbbVie. Today, her work focuses on ensuring that combination products are designed with the end user in mind, enhancing both safety and usability.
