Jessie Huisinga, PhD is the Senior Director of the Design + Human Factors team at Eli Lilly and Company which supports the entire drug delivery device portfolio, from innovation to commercialization, at Lilly. Previously, she was a part of Agilis Consulting Group, supporting a wide spectrum of medical device and combination product human factors efforts for clients. Prior to her work in human factors, Jessie was the Director of the Human Performance Lab and an Associate Professor in the Dept of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
