Ginger Schroers, PhD, RN, CNE, is an Assistant Professor in the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing at Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Schroers received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and her PhD in Nursing Science from Villanova University. Her research focuses on healthcare systems issues with an emphasis on interruptions and interruption management.
